Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Chickpea Cake:
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate 200g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 250g
-Khajoor (Dates) soft & deseeded 8
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate 80g
-Cream 40ml
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Chickpea Cake:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cooking oil & microwave for 1 minute then mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,dates,eggs & blend well.
-Add melted chocolate,pink salt,baking powder,baking soda,vanilla essence & blend well until smooth.
-Pour the batter to a 7 x 7” greased baking dish lined with butter paper & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool.
-Carefully remove the cake from pan & place it on a cooling rack.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 50 seconds then mix well until smooth.
-Pour prepared chocolate ganache on the cake & spread evenly.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Blender jug mein chanay,khajoor aur anday dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Melted chocolate,pink salt,baking powder,baking soda aur vanilla essence dal dein aur smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-7 x 7” greased baking dish (lined with butter paper) mein tayyar batter dal ker few times tap karein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cake ko pan sa nikal lein aur cooling rack per rakh dein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Bowl mein dark chocolate aur cream dal ker 50 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar chocolate ganache ko cake ka upper dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
