Ingredients:
-Chicken wings with skin 750g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cornflour ¾ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Mustard powder ½ tsp (optional)
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Water ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs (optional)
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) 2
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken wings,black pepper powder,pink salt,baking soda,garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In a bowl,add cornflour,all-purpose flour,black pepper powder,chicken powder,pink salt,paprika powder,mustard powder,white pepper powder & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Dip & coat marinated wings.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140-150C) & fry chicken wings on medium flame for 4-5 minutes,take out & let it rest for 4-5 minutes then fry again on high flame until golden brown & crispy (3-4 minutes).
-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic,onion,green chilli,red chilli & mix well.
-Now add fried wings & sauté for a minute.
-Add black pepper crushed,mix well & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken wings,kali mirch powder,pink salt,baking doda aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2-4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein cornflour,maida,kali mirch powder,chicken powder,pink salt,paprika powder,mustard powder aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Marinated wings dal ker dip karein aur coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil (140-150C) garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya fry ker lein bahir nikal ker 4-5 minutes kliya rest dein phir tez ancch golden brown & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes).
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan,pyaz,hari mirch aur lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab fried wings dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur serve karein!
