Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 2-3 medium
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s milk 2 & ½ Cups
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 140g
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 100g
-Macaroni boiled 200g
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic,onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,pink salt,red chilli crushed,tomato paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add capsicum,red kidney beans,pureed tomatoes & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-Add macaroni,fold gently & set aside.
-In a baking dish,add prepared mince mixture,mac & cheese,mince mixture,mac & cheese,mince mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & sprinkle fresh parsley.
-Bake in preheated oven at 250C until cheese melts (6-7 minutes) (on top grill).

-Shimla mirch,lal lobia aur pureed tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Macaroni dal ker gently fold ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Baking dish mein tayyar mince mixture,mac & cheese,mince mixture,mac 7 cheese,mince mixture, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & fresh parsley dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 250C per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (6-7 minutes) (on top grill).
