Ingredients:
-Chilli garlic sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Oyster sauce 2 tbs
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken julienne 300g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Blue band margarine 1 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 tbs
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) sliced 2 (optional)
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Spaghetti boiled as per pack’s instruction 250g
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves handful

Directions:
-In a bowl,add chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,sriracha sauce,oyster sauce,chicken stock,red chilli powder, pink salt,caster sugar,vinegar,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed,soy sauce, vinegar & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add marinated chicken & mix well until it changes color & cook on high flame until it dries up (4-5 minutes).
-Add capsicum,onion & cook on high flame for a minute & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add garlic,dried red chilli & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Add spaghetti & mix well.
-Add cooked chicken,prepared sauce,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add spring onion leaves & mix well.
-Garnish with spring onion leaves & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,paprika powder,pink salt,kali mirch crushed,soy sauce aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal dein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan aur sukhi lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Spaghetti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cooked chicken aur tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
