Ingredients:
Masala Mix (For Chili Stuffing):
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ¼ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Achar gosht masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Cooking oil ½ tbs
Potato Coating:
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & mashed ½ kg
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 3 tbs
Pakora Batter:
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
- Pani (Water) ¾ Cup
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 15-20
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required (Optional)
- Cooking 0il for frying
Directions:
Masala Mix (For Chili Stuffing):
In bowl,add salt,coriander powder,cumin seeds,achar gosht masala,lemon juice,cooking oil and mix well,set aside.
For Potato Coating:
In mash potatoes,add red chili powder,chaat masala,salt,fresh coriander and mix well,set aside.
For Pakora Batter:
In bowl,add gram flour,salt,baking powder,cumin seeds,water and mix well until smooth batter is formed.
Add cooking oil,mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Wash,pat dry and deseed chilies.
In green chilies,add masala mix or mozzarella cheese with masala mix,coat with potato coating then dip into pakora batter.
Follow the same process and similarly make other chilies.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.

For Potato Coating:
Mash aloo mein lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak aur hara dhania dsal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
For Pakora Batter:
Bowl mein baisan,namak,baking powder,zeera aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur smooth batter tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chilies ko dho lein,pat dry karein aur seeds nikal lein.
Green chilies mein masala mix or mozzarella cheese with masala mix dal dein,potato coating sa coat ker lein phir pakora batter mein dip ker lein.
Yehe process follow karein aur baqi mirchein bhi tayyar ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden brown fry ker lein.
