Ingredients:
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken tikka masala 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Chicken fillets ½ kg
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Bread slices 2
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,chicken tikka masala,lemon juice and mix well.
Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken fillets from both sides until done (approx. 12-15 minutes) and cover in between then turn off the flame and shred chicken fillets with the help of the fork.
Turn on the flame,mix well and cook until it dries up (approx. 2-3 minutes) & let it cool.
In a bowl,add bread slices,water,mix & mash well.
Add potatoes,onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilli,salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cumin seeds & mash well with the help of the masher.
Now add shredded chicken and mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (50g) and make kabab of equal sizes and dip into beaten eggs (makes 18 kababs).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry kabab on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.

Bowl mein adrak lehsan paste,chicken tikka masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken fillets ko dono sides sa paka lein (approx. 12-15 minutes) aur bech mein cover ker lein,chulha bund ker dein aur fork ki madad sa chicken ko shred ker lein.
Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes) & Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein bread slices aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix & mash ker lein.
Aloo,pyaz,hara dhania,podina,hari mirch,namak,garam masala powder,haldee powder,lal mirch powder aur zeera dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Ab shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (50g) ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein aur pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein (makes 18 kababs).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur kabab ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
