Ingredients:
- Monsalwa Chicken Tikka Boti 500g (1 pack)
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
- Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Ghee 3 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Coarsely chop chicken tikka boti with the help of knife & set aside.
In a wok,ad cooking oil,coarsely chopped chicken tikka boti and mix well.
Add red chilli powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,lemon juice,green chilli and mix well.
Add onion,fresh coriander,mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Let it cool.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,salt and mix well.
Add ghee and mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,grease with oil,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Take a small dough (100g) and make a ball,grease hand with ghee,press gently and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
On rolled dough,add & spread ghee,sprinkle dry flour and fold all four sides to make a square shape.
Press gently with greased hand and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Add chicken tikka filling (2-3 tbs),gather all edges,press and seal then flatten with the help of hand and prick with skewer.
Grease rolling pin with oil and roll out gently with the help of rolling pin (makes 5-6).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.

Chicken tikka boti ko knife ki madad sa coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur coarsely chopped chicken tikka boti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,zeera,namak,lal mirch crushed,lemon juice aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein
Bowl mein maida,sooji aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ghee dal ker crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chota dough lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,haath ko ghee sa grease karein aur geltly press ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Rolled dough per ghee dal ker pheela lein aur maida chirak dein,charon sides ko fold ker ka square shape bana lein.
Greased hand ki madad sa gently press karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Chicken tikka filling (2-3 tbs) dal dein,edges ko gather ker ka press aur seal ker lein phir haath ki madad sa flat karein aur skewer sa prick ker lein.
Rolling pin ko oil sa grease karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently bail lein (makes 5-6).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
