Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) powder 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Oil 1 tbs or as required
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes ¼ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ¼ Cup
Gravy:
- Oil 2 tbs
- Laung (Cloves) 2-3
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Adrak (Ginger) ½ inch piece
- Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Cream
Directions:
In bowl,add yogurt,kashimiri red chili powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and mix well.
Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken,mix well and cook until golden brown.
In the same frying pan,add capsicum,onion and tomato and sauté for a minute & set aside.
For Gravy:
In pot,add oil,cloves,green cardamom,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add onion,mix well and fry until light golden.
Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,salt and ginger,mix well and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.
In grinder,add cooked tomatoes and water,grind well.
In the same pot,place sifter and add grinded mixture and sift it,bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Now add cooked chicken with sautéed vegetables,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add mint leaves and fresh coriander.
Garnish with cream & serve with rice.

Bowl mein dahi,kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldee powder,garam masala powder,adrak lehsan paste, namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken boneless cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinte ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
Us he frying pan mein shimla mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal dein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
For Gravy:
Pot mein oil,laung,hari elaichi aur zeera dal ker mix karein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tamatar,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,garam masala powder,dhania powder, namak aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
Grinder mein cooked tamatar aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Us he pot mein sifter rakh dein aur grinded mixture dal ker chaan lein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab is mein cooked chicken aur sautéed sabziyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Podina aur hara dhania dal dein.
Cream sa garnish karein & chawal ka saath serve karein.
