Ingredients:
- Mon Salwa Chicken Tikka boti 235g
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
Prepare Crepes:
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Water ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Cooking oil
Directions:
Roughly chop chicken tikka boti into small cubes with the help of knife & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,chopped chicken tikka boti,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add onion,capsicum,green chilli,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed and lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Let it cool.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Crepes:
In a bowl,add eggs & whisk well.
Add milk,water,salt & whisk again.
Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk well until smooth.
Add cooking oil & whisk well.
Grease 9” inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of prepared batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.
Take out crepe on a clean surface,add prepared chicken filling in the center (3-4 tbs),fold & brush crepe batter,fold all sides & press gently.
Grease frying pan with cooking oil & cook folded crepe from both sides until golden brown (1 minute each side) (makes 6).
Cut into desired shape & serve!

Chicken tikka boti ko knife ki madad sa small cubes mein roughly chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur chopped tikka boti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch,hari mirch,namak,zeera,lal mirch crushed aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thanda ker lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Crepes:
Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Doodh,pani aur namak dal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
9” inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur 1/3 cup tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden hunay tak paka lein.
Clean surface per crepe rakh dein aur tayyar chicken filling (3-4 tbs) ko crepe ka center mein dal ker fold ker lein,crepe batter ko brush ki madad sa laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ke gently press ker lein.
Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur folded crepe ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak paka lein (1 minute each side) (makes 6).
Desired pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
