Ingredients:
-Soy sauce 2-3 tbs
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 tbs
-Oyster sauce 1 tbs
-Fish sauce 1 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sugar ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Rice noodles 200g
-Hot water as required
-Boneless chicken thin slices 300g
-Dark soy sauce 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 7-8 cloves
-Thai red chillies sliced 3-4
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves ½ Cup
-Fresh basil leaves 5-6
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Fresh basil leaves 5-6
-Moong phali (Peanuts) roasted & chopped as required
-Lemon wedges
Directions:
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,tamarind pulp,oyster sauce,fish sauce,dark soy sauce,sugar,red chilli crushed,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add rice noodles,hot water,cover & let them soak for 10-12 minutes then strain & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chicken,dark soy sauce,black pepper crushed,pink salt,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,seasoned chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame until done (5-6 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic,thai red chillies & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add rice noodles,prepared sauce & mix well.
-Add spring onion leaves,fresh basil leaves & mix well.
-Move the noodles on one side of wok,on the empty side of wok,add cooking oil,whisked egg & cook on medium flame until done.
-Mix cooked egg with noodles altogether.
-Add cooked chicken,fresh basil leaves & fold well.
-Garnish with roasted peanuts,lemon wedges & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken,dark soy sauce,kali mirch crushed aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur seasoned chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per paka lein (5-6 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur thai red chillies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Rice noodles aur tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Noodles ko karahi ki ek side per ker dein,cooking oil aur whished anda dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Cooked anday ko noodles ka saath mix ker lein.
-Cooked chicken aur fresh basil leaves dal ker fold ker lein.
-Roasted mong phali aur lemon wedges sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
