Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne powder ½ tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Breadcrumbs 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 2 medium
- ajar (Carrot) ¼ Cup
- Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
- Corn kernels ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Chicken powder ½ tbs
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cornflour 1-2 tbs or as required
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) boiled with salt
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
Directions:
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,egg,red chilli powder,garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,milk and whisk well.
Add chicken,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl,add breadcrumbs and coat marinated chicken with breadcrumbs.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken strips until golden brown.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,carrot,mushrooms,corn kernels and mix well.
Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,chicken powder and mix well.
Add tomato paste,soy sauce,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Now add dissolve cornflour,mix well and cook until sauce is thick.
In serving bowl,add boiled rice,prepared vegetable sauce,green onion leaves,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and melt cheese with blow torch.
Add fried chicken strips & serve!

Bowl mein maida,anda,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak,kali mirch powder,cayenne powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein breadcrumbs dal dein aur marinated chicken ko breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken strips ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,pyaz,gajar,mushrooms aur corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,zeera powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tomato paste aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolve cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein.
Serving bowl mein boiled chawal,tayyar vegetable sauce,hara pyaz,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker blow torch sa cheese ko melt ker lein.
Fried chicken strips ka saath serve karein!
