Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Spread:
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken fillet 350g
-Mayonnaise 5 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1 (one for each sandwich)
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
Assembling:
-Bread slices grilled or toasted
-Mayonnaise as required
-Tomato ketchup as required
-Prepare chicken spread
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves) as required
-Cheese slices as required
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Spread:
-In a saucepan,add water,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,vinegar,pink salt,chicken,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender,take out chicken fillet,let it rest for few minutes then chop finely with the help of knife.
-In a bowl,add chopped chicken,mayonnaise,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,pink salt & mix until well combined & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,egg,pink salt & fry on medium flame from both sides until done & set aside.
Assembling:
-On 3 grilled bread slices,add & spread mayonnaise & tomato ketchup.
-Add & spread prepared chicken spread on one bread slice.
-Add lettuce leaves,cheese slices,fried egg on 2nd bread slice then place 1st bread slice on it.
-Flip 3rd bread slice on chicken spread slice to make a club sandwich.
-Cut into triangles & serve (makes 3-4 sandwiches).

-Frying pan mein cooking oil,anda aur pink salt dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per anday ko dono sides sa fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-3 grilled bread slices per mayonnaise & tomato ketchup dal ker pheela lein.
-Ek slice per tayyar chicken spread dal ker pheela lein.
-2nd slice per salad patta,cheese slice aur fried anda dal dein aur 1st bread slice us ka upper rakh dein.
-3rd bread slice ko chicken spread per flip ker ka club sandwich bana lein.
-Triangle mein cut ker ka serve karein (makes 3-4 sandwiches).
