Ingredients:
Prepare Garlic Rice:
- Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Dried or Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Chicken fillets 3 (300 gms)
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Sizzling Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Chili garlic sauce ¼ Cup
- Chicken yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup or as required
Prepare Vegetables:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
- Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Red bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
Directions:
Prepare Garlic Rice:
In wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add green onion,fresh parsley,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well.
Add boiled rice and give it a good mix & set aside.
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
In bowl,add sugar,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce,vinager and mix well.
Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken fillets,grill on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 4-5 minutes each side).
Prepare Sizzling Sauce:
In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add onion,garlic and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,chili garlic sauce and mix well.
Add chicken stock,whisk until well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens & set aside.
Prepare Vegetables:
In wok,add cooking oil,green onion leaves and mix well.
Add fresh parsley and mix.
Add carrots,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,red bell pepper,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.
Assembling:
Heat sizzler pan,add butter,fried rice,french fries,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet,prepared sizzling sauce & serve!

Hara pyaz,fresh parsley,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Boiled chawal dal ker mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
Bowl mein cheeni,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,namak,adrak lehsan paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan karein aur 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Grill pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken fillets dal dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa grill ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes each side).
Prepare Sizzling Sauce:
Sauce pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida dal dein aur 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Soy sauce,kali mirch powder,namak aur chili garlic sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chicken yakhni shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 2-3 minutes ya sauce garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Vegetables:
Karhai mein cooking oil aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Fresh pasrely dal ker mix karein.
Gajar,yellow bell pepper,shimla mirch,red bell pepper,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Sizzler plate ko garam karein,makhan laga ker fried rice,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet dal ker upper sa tayyar sizzling sauce dal ker serve karein!
