Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
- Lehsan (Garlic) 8-9 cloves
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 14-15
- Khashkash (Poppy seeds) soaked 1 & ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Simply sufi karhai cut 12 pieces
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 & ½ Cups
- Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Sufi cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Laung (Cloves) 5-6
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2
- Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chilies) 3-4
- Thai red chilies 4-5
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup or as required
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In chopper,add onion,green chilies,garlic and ginger,chop well & set aside.
In spice mixer,add cashew nuts,poppy seeds,water,grind well & set aside.
In bowl,add simply sufi karhai cut,grinded onion paste,yogurt,mace powder,salt,nutmeg powder and black pepper powder,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In pot,add sufi cooking oil,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves,black cardamom,green cardamom and mix.
Add whole red chilies,thai red chilies and mix well.
Now add marinated chicken pieces,mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add remaining marinade and grinded cashew+poppy seeds paste and mix well.
Add lukewarm water and mix well,cover and cook on medium low flame for 10-15 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add garam masala powder,fresh coriander & serve.

Chopper mein pyaz,hari mirchein,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Spice mixer mein kaju,khashkash aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein simply sufi karhia cut,grinded pyaz ka paste,dahi,javatri powder,namak,jaifil powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein sufi cooking oil,laung,darchini,tez paat,badi elaichi aur hari eliachi dal ker mix ker lein.
Sabut lal mirch aur thai red chilies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab marinated chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
Baqi bacha huwa marinade aur grinded kaju+khashkash paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Neem garam pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 10-15 miutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Garam masala powder aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
