Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry onion until brown, add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.
Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Fry for 2-3 minutes. Your Paratha filling is ready. Set aside to cool.
Take a frozen paratha add mince filling and add cheese as much required. Place another paratha over filling and seal both paratha with a fork.
Cook paratha from both sides on a tawa on medium flame.
Serve Qeema Paratha with raita, ketchup or any chutney of your choice.

Ek frozen paratha len aur beech main qeema aur mozzarella cheese shamil karen.
Us ke upper ek aur frozen paratha rakh kar kantay ki madad se seal kar den.
Phir parathay ko taway per dono taraf se darmiyani aanch par pakayen.
Apni pasand kay raitay, chatni ya ketchup ke sath serve karen.
Frozen Paratha ki jaga ghar ka bana hua paratha bhi istimal kia ja sakta hai.
