In a wok,add cooking and fry chicken tikka boti for 4-5 minutes & let it cool.
Cut into pieces with the help of the knife & set aside.
In a bowl,add potatoes and mash well.
Add carrot,onion,capsicum,red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper powder,mayonnaise,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add butter,garlic powder and dried parsley and mix well.Garlic herbed butter is ready!
On bread slices,add & spread prepared potato mixture and place chicken tikka boti pieces,mozzarella cheese and cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 4-5).
On griddle,place sandwich,brush prepared garlic herbed butter and toast from both sides until golden brown.
Karhai mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken tikka boti ko 4-5 minutes kliya fry ker karein & thanda ker lein.
Knife ki madad sa pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein aalo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Gajar,pyaz,shimla mirch,lal mirch crushed,namak,kali mirch powder aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein makhan,lehsan powder aur dried parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Garlic herbed butter tayyar hai.
Bread slices per tayyar aloo mixture dal ker pheela lein,chicken tikka boti pieces aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur bread slice sa cover ker ka sandwich tayyar ker lein (makes 4-5).
Tawa per sandwich rakh dein aur garlic herbed butter laga ker dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak toast ker lein.
