Ingredients:

-Aloo (Potatoes) 3-4 medium

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Boneless chicken fillet 400g

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp

-Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional)

-Cornflour ¼ Cup

-Soy sauce 2 tbs

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ¼ Cup

-Cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

-Cut potatoes in thin julienne.

-In a bowl,add potatoes,pink salt,mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.

-Drain the excess water from potatoes & set aside.

-Cut boneless chicken in thin julienne.

-In potatoes,add chicken,paprika powder,onion powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed,all-purpose flour,cumin powder,garlic powder,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,cornflour,soy sauce,spring onion & mix until well combined.

-Take a mixture & make kabab of equal sizes.

-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame until golden & crispy (5-6 minutes each side).

-Serve with chutney (makes 14-15)!
