In a bowl,add gram flour,baking soda,turmeric powder,red chili powder,chaat masala,coriander seeds, salt,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,onion and mix well.
Gradually add water to form batter and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Take chicken boneless cubes and dip into batter.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur batter tayyar ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chicken boneless cubes ko batter mein dip ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown fry ker lein.
