In blender jar,add tomatoes and blend to make a puree & set aside.
In chopper,add onion and chop well & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chili powder,green chilies and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add pureed tomatoes,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix.
Add chicken liver,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add garam masala powder,salt,mix well and cook until oil separates. (4-5 minutes).
Add fresh coriander.
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chili & serve!

Haldee powder,dhania,zeera,lal mirch powder aur hari mirchein dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhanaia aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lemon juice dal ker mix karein.
Chicken kaleji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Hara dhania dal dein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.
