Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Lollipops:
- Cream 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Chicken wings ½ kg
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Corn flour 3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Oil for frying
Spicy Orange Sauce:
- Orange juice 1 Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 & ½ tbs or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Sriracha sauce 1 & ½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Til (Sesame seeds) 1 tsp
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Corn flour 1 tsp
Directions:
For Chicken Lollipops:
In bowl,add cream,red chili powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,garlic powder,salt,onion powder,soy sauce and mix well.
With the help of the knife,cut chicken wing from the center and push or bring down the meat towards the other end,similarly make other lollipops.
Add chicken lolllipops,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In bowl,add eggs and whisk well,add corn flour,all-purpose flour,salt and whisk well.
Now coat marinated chicken lollipops in egg mixture.
In wok,heat oil and fry chicken lollipops until golden brown.
For Spicy Orange Sauce:
In saucepan,add add orange juice,sugar,red chili crushed,garlic,sriracha sauce,chili garlic sauce,vinegar and salt,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add sesame seeds and mix well.
In water,add corn flour and mix well.
In a pot,gradullay add dissolve corn flour,mix continuously and cook until desired consistency.

Chicken wings ka ghost ko knife ki madad sa center sa nichay ki taraf karein aur lolliopop ki shape bana lein aur baqi lollipop bhi aisa he tayyar ker lein.
Chicken lollipops dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein anday dal ker whisk ker lein,corn flour,maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Ab marinated chicken lollipops ko egg mixture mein coat ker lein.
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur chicken lollipops ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
For Spicy Orange Sauce:
Saucepan mein orange juice,cheeni,lal mirch crushed,lehsan,sriracha sauce,chili garlic sauce,sirka aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
