Ingredients:
Potato Fries:
- Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 3-4
- Pani (Water) as required
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
- Sufi cooking oil for frying
Chicken Loaded Fries:
Chicken White Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
- Simply Sufi Chicken breast fillets 3 (approx. 250 gms)
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Cajun powder ½ tsp
- Cream ½ Cup
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
Seasoning:
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Assembling:
- Potato fries
- Prepared seasoning
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Red jalapenos pepper chopped
- Pickled cucumber chopped
- Prepared white sauce
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
- Dried oregano
- Red jalapenos pepper chopped
- Pickled cucumber chopped
Directions:
For Potato Fries:
Cut potatoes with the help of the french fries cutting machine (1.3 cm thick).
In bowl,add water,potato fries and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
In pot,add water,salt and heat it to boiling point.
Add potato fries and leave for 6-8 minutes.
Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.
Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.
In pot,heat sufi cooking oil and fry potato fries for 2-3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.
Heat sufi cooking oil and again fry potato fries until crispy & set aside.
Chicken Loaded Fries:
For Chicken White Sauce:
Cut chicken fillets into small cubes & set aside.
In wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add chicken and fry until chicken is done & take out in a bowl.
In the same wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and whisk well.
Gradually add milk and whisk continuously.
Add salt,garlic powder,onion powder and cajun powder,whisk well and cook until sauce thickens.
Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
Turn on the flame,add sweet chili sauce and mix well.
Add cheddar cheese and cook until well combined.
Now add cooked chicken,mix well & set aside.
Seasoning:
In bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder,salt & mix well.
Assembling:
In serving platter,add potato fries,prepared seasoning and mix well then add mozzarella cheese,red jalapenos pepper,pickled cucumber,prepared white sauce,red chili crushed,dried oregano,red jalapenos pepper,pickled cucumber & serve!

Bowl mein pani aur potato fries dal dein aur 30-45 minutes kliya chor dein.
Pot mein pani aur namak dal ker boiling point anay tak garam ker lein.
Potato fries dal dein aur 6-8 minutes kliya chor dein.
Ab potato fries ko kitchen towel or paper ki madad sa complete pat dry karein & thanda ker lein.
Zip lock bag mein dal ker 1-2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han.
Pot mein sufi cooking oil garam karein aur potato fries ko 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir bahir nikal ker 5 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Sufi cooking oil garam karein aur potatao fries ko crispy hunay tak fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.

Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Chicken dal dein aur pak janay tak paka lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Us he karhai mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil kertay jayein aur musalsal mix kertay rahien.
Namak,lehsan powder,onion powder aur cajun powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream shamil ker ka ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur sweet chili sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cheddar cheese dal dein aur ache tarhan mix kerlein.
Ab cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Seasoning:
Bowl mein paprika powder,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,safed mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Serving platter mein potato fries aur tayyar seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix karein phir mozzarella cheese,red jalapenos pepper,pickled cucumber,tayyar white sauce,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,red jalapenos pepper aur pickled cucumber dal dein & serve karein!
