Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ¾ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
Chicken Filling:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Chicken strips 300 gms
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Red bell pepper julienne ¼ Cup
Assembling:
- Pizza sauce ¼ Cup or as required
- Cooked chicken filling
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Black olives
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
In small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt and mix.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Add water,mix well and mix well until dough is formed.
Add olive oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
Chicken Filling:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken strips and mix well until changes color.
Add garlic powder,salt,red chili powder,red chili crushed and dried oregano,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Add onion,capsicum,red bell pepper and stir for 2 minutes & set aside.
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle all-purpose flour and divide the dough into two equal parts (approx. 200 gms each) and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin (approx. 12 inch).
Assembling:
Place rolled dough on pizza pan and prick with fork.
Add and spread pizza sauce,add cooked chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese and black olives (makes 2 regular pizzas).
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.

Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.
Khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka dough tayyar ker lein.
Olive oil dal ker dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 1-2 hours kliya rakh dein.
Chicken Filling:
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken strips dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lehsan powder,namak,lal mirch powder,lal mirhc crushed aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Mushrooms dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch aue red bell pepper dal ker 2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur dough ko do parts mein divide ker lein (approx. 200 gms each) aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (approx. 12 inch).
Assembling:
Pizza pan ka upper rolled dough rakh ker fork sa prick ker lein.
Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cooked chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese aur black olives dal dein (makes 2 regular pizzas).
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
