Ingredients:
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5 medium
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Cayenne powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Pani (Water) 2 Cups
- Chicken fillets 2
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tortilla 6-8
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
Directions:
Heat frying pan,place tomatoes,cover and roast for 8-10 minutes and keep turning sides in between then remove skin and cut into cubes.
Add cooking oil,onion,garlic,tomato paste,black pepper crushed,cumin powder,paprika powder,dried oregano,sugar,cayenne powder,salt and vinegar,mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes then mash it with the help of the masher & let it cool.
In grinder,add cooked tomato mixture,grind well & set aside.
In saucepan,add water,chicken fillets,onion,fresh corinader,salt,black pepper crushed,garlic,mix well and bring it to boil.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up then shred it & set aside.
On shredded chicken,add ¼ Cup of prepared tomato sauce and mix well.
On tortilla,add cooked & shredded chicken filling,onion,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and roll it (makes 6-8).
On baking dish,add & spread prepared tomato sauce and place prepared rolls.
Add & spread remaining prepared tomato sauce,cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C until cheese melts (approx. 10-15 minutes).
Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Frying pan garam karein aur tamatar rakh ker dhak dein aur 8-10 minutes kliya roast ker lein aur bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein aur cubes mein cut ker lein.
Cooking oil,pyaz,lehsan,tomato paste,kali mirch crushed,zeera powder,paprika powder,dried oregano, cheeni,cayenne powder,namak aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein & thanda ker lein.
Grinder mein cooked tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Saucepan mein pani,chicken fillets,pyaz,hara dhania,namak,kali mirch crushed aur lehsan dal ker ache mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein aur shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Shredded chicken mein ¼ Cup tayyar tomato sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tortilla mein cooked & shredded chicken filling,pyaz,cheddar cheese aur moazerrela cheese dal ker roll ker lein (makes 6-8).
Baking dish mein tayyar tomato sauce dal ker pheela lein aur tayyar rolls rakh dein.
Baqi bacha huwa tayyar tomato sauce,chedder cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein (approx. 10-15 minutes).
