Ingredients:
- Chicken cubes 300 gms
- Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 3 tbs
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 3
Dough:
- Atta (Wheat flour) 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or required
- Oil as required
- Whisked egg 2-3 tbs
Assembling:
- Tomato ketchup
- Onions soaked in lemon juice
- Cooked chicken
Directions:
In chicken,add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken and mix well,cover and cook until chicken is done.
Add onion,capsicum,tomatoes,fresh coriander,salt,red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and ix well,cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up and set aside.
In onion,add salt,lemon juice,mix well and set aside.
In bowl,add eggs,whisk well & set aside.
For Dough:
In wheat flour,add salt and water,mix well and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again.
Take a small dough and make a ball,coat in dry wheat flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle and fry paratha from both sides with oil,add whisked egg and spread it,fry from both sides and set aside.
Assembling: (makes 5-6 rolls)
On paratha,add tomato ketchup,onions soaked in lemon juice,cooked chicken,wrap & serve.

Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker chicken gul janay tak paka lein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch,tamatar,hara dhania,namak,lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
Pyaz mein namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur side per rakh dein.
For Dough:
Atta mein namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,atta mein coat karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa oil mein fry ker lein,whisked anda dal ker pheela lein aur dono sides sa fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein .
Assembling: (makes 5-6 rolls)
Paratha per tomato ketchup,pyaz soaked in lemon juice aur cooked chicken dal ker wrap ker lein & serve karein.
