Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 gms
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Oil 4-5 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
- Curry pata (Curry leaves) 10-12
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken,dahi,ginger garlic powder,kashmiri red chili powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds, black pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
In pot,add oil,green chilies,curry leaves and mix well.
Add onion and fry until light golden.
Add marinated chicken,mix well for 2 minutes and cook until chicken is done (approx.20 minutes on low flame) and keep mixing in between until water dries & oil separates.

Bowl mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,kashimiri lal mirch powder,dhania,zeera,kali mirch powder, haldee powder,namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein oil,hari mirch aur curry pata dal ker mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker light golden fry ker lein.
Marinated chicken shamil karein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 20 minutes on low flame) aur chamcha chalatay rahien yahana tak ka pani sukh jaye aur oil alag ho jaye.
