Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets 350g
- Water 1 & ½ Cup
- Soy sauce ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Gajar (Carrot) chopped ¼ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled & small cubes ¼ Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Fry/Karahi gosht masala 2 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Cream 2 tbs
- Puff pastry 500g
- Anday (Eggs) boiled 2 (cut in wedges)
- Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) whisked 1-2
Directions:
In a saucepan,add chicken,water,soy sauce,vinegar & salt,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (8-10 minutes).
Let it cool.
Press gently and shred the chicken with the help of hands & set aside.
Ina wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste,carrot,capsicum,potato,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded chicken & mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,fry/karahi gosht masala,cumin powder & mix well.
Add water,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
Turn on the flame and cook for a minute & let it cool.
Sprinkle dry flour on working surface,place puff pastry dough & sprinkle dry flour,press gently & roll out with the help of rolling pin in square shape (10.5 x 10.5 inch) then cut into 9 equal squares (3.5 x 3.5 inch).
On each puff pastry square,add prepared filling & egg wedge in the center (skip egg if storing),apply water on the edges,flip the other side & press the edges to stick together and prick with fork to seal the edges (makes 18).
Can be stored in an airtight container for 1 month in freezer.
Option # 1 Baking:
Lined baking tray with butter paper,place chicken curry puffs,apply egg yolk & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
Option # 2 In Air fryer:
In air fryer machine,place butter paper and chicken curry puffs,apply egg yolk and air fry at 200 C for 8 minutes.

Saucepan mein chicken,pani,soy auce,sirka aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Gently press karein aur haathon ki madad sa shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste,gajar,shimla mirch aur aalo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch crushed,fry/karahi gosht masala aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Working surface per maida chirak dein,puff pastry dough rakh ker maida chirak dein aur gently press ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa square shape mein bail lein (10.5 x 10.5 inch) phir 9 equal squares mein cut ker lein (3.5 x 3.5 inch).
Ek puff pastry square mein tayyar filling aur anda rakh dein (agar store kerna ho tou anday ko skip ker dein),edges per pani laga lein aur dosri side ko flip ker ka press ker lein phir fork ki madad sa prick ker lein (makes 18).
Airtight container mein rakh ker 1 mionth tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Option # 1 Baking:
Bking tray per butter paper laga lein,chicken curry puffs rakh ker anday ki zardi laga lein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Option # 2 In Air fryer:
Air fryer machine mein butter paper laga lein,chicken curry puffs rakh ker anday ki zardi laga lein aur 8 minutes kliya 200 C per air fry ker lein.
