Dust in flour then egg wash coat with Bread crumbs and again refrigerate for 45-60 mins.
Fry on medium heat till outer layer changes the colour.
Lastly bake for 15-20 mins in preheated oven @ 180 C

Jab hur taraf se rang badal jayen to preheated oven @ 180 C main 15-20 min ke liye bake karlein.

Pan main oil aur makhan shamil karein. Is main piyaz aur lehsun shamil karein aur rang badalne tak fry karein.
Is main maida shamil karein aur mix karein.
Pani shamil karet waqt whisk karte rahein.
Cream shamil karein aur gaarha hine tak pakne dein.
