Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Penne pasta 250 gms
- Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) wash & cut in small florets ½ kg
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 2 Cups or as required
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
- Dijon mustard paste ½ tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cooked chicken 1 Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Hara pyaz (Green onion)
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs
- Dried parsley
Directions:
In pot,add water,salt,penne pasta and boil for 4 minutes.
Add cauliflowers and boil for 4-5 minutes or until done then strain & set aside.
In wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add chicken stock and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add garlic powder,salt,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder and whisk well.
Turn off the flame,add dijon mustard paste,cheddar cheese and mix well until smooth.
Turn on low flame,add boiled pasta & cauliflower and give it a good mix.
Add cooked chicken and mix well.
Option 1: Baked Cheesy Pasta:
In casserole dish or baking dish,add cooked pasta,breadcrumbs and sprinkle dried parsley.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes or until cheese melts & serve.
Option 2: No Bake Cheesy Pasta:
Turn on the flame,add cheddar cheese and green onion,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts & serve.

Pot mein pani,namak aur penne pasta dal ker 4 minutes kliya boil ker lein.
Phool gobhi dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Lehsan powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein,dijon mustard paste aur cheddar cheese dal ker smooth hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein,boiled pasta & phool gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooked chicken shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
Option 1: Baked Cheesy Pasta:
Casserole dish or baking dish mein cooked pasta aur breadcrumbs dal dein aur dried parsley sprinkle ker lein.
Pre-heated oven mein 180 C per 12-15 minutes or cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein & serve karein.
Option 2: No Bake Cheesy Pasta:
Chulha on karein,cheddar cheese aur green onion dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein & serve karein.
