Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Chicken boiled & shredded 250g
-Corn kernels boiled 1 & ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ½ Cup or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Roll sheets as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken,corn kernels & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper powder,onion powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum & mix well.
-On low flame,add cream,spring onion,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Let it cool completely.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
-On 12x10 inch baking tray lined with cling film,add prepared mixture,spread evenly & cut into 1x3 inch piece (21 pieces) & freeze for 30 minutes.
-Take a roll sheet (8x8 inch),add prepared filling in the center,fold both sides,apply flour slurry & roll up (makes 21).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Chicken aur corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lal mirch crushed,namak,kali mirch powder aur onion powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Halki ancch per cream aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein,Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-12x10 inch baking tray per cling film laga lei aur mixture kod al ker evenly pheela lein phir 1x3 inch piece mein cut ker lein (21 pieces) & 30 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
-Roll sheet (8x8 inch) ka center mein tayyar filling rakh dein aur dono sides ko fold ker ka flour slurry laga lein aur roll bana lein (makes 21).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein & darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
