Ingredients:
- Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Oil 1-2 tbs
- Chicken small cubes 250 gms
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 4
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & small cubes 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 2 pinches
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Oil 1 tsp
- Cooked chicken
- Roti (Flatbread)
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Directions:
In bowl,add wheat flour,salt,ghee and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease your hand with ghee and knead dough again.
Take a small dough and make a ball.
Sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin (makes 4).
Heat griddle and cook dough from both sides until done & set aside.
In frying pan,add oil and chicken,mix well until changes color.
Add paprika powder,cumin powder,salt,red chili powder and garlic powder,mix well and cook until chicken is done & set aside.
In small jug,add eggs,tomato,salt,capsicum and fresh coriander,whisk well & set aside.
In frying pan,add oil and spread it.
Add egg mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,roti (flatbread),cover and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
Grease roti (flatbread) with oil and flip carefully.
Add cooked chicken,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,roti (flatbread) and slightly press it.
Cover and cook on low flame for 30 seconds.
Grease roti (flatbread) with oil and flip carefully.
Cover and cook for 1 minute.
Cut into pieces & serve.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haath ko ghee sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein.
Working surface per atta chirak dein aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 4).
Tawa garam karein aur dough ko dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Paprika powder,zeera powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken gul janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Chotay jug mein anday,tamatar,namak,shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein oil dal ker pheela lein.
Anday ka mixture dal ker cheese cheese,mozzarella cheese,roti (flatbread) rakh dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Roti (flatbread) ko oil sa grease ker lein aur carefully flip karein.
Cooked chicken,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur roti (flatbread) rakh dein aur slightly press ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 30 seconds kliya paka lein.
Roti (flatbread) ko oil sa grease karein aur carefully flip ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein.
