Ingredients:
- Prepare Chicken:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tikka masala 2 tbs or to taste
- Chicken cubes 250 gms
- Oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Atta (Wheat flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 100 gms
- Cream cheese 3-4 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) if required
Prepare Paratha Dough:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cups
- Atta (Wheat flour) ½ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Cooking Oil 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) as required
- Oil as required
- Ghee as required
Directions:
For Chicken:
In bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tikka masala and mix.
Add chicken,mix and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken and cook until chicken is done.
For Cheese Sauce:
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt,add wheat flour and mix well.
Gradually add milk and mix well.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese, mix well.
If required add milk and mix until desired thickness.
For Paratha Dough:
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,wheat flour,sugar,salt,oil and mix.
Add water gradually and knead a smooth dough,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again.
Take out one small dough and give them a round shape of ball,coat in dry wheat flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Apply oil and sprinkle wheat flour,cut dough from center and roll out one edge,twist and press it.
Coat in dry wheat flour and roll out with rolling pin.
On griddle,heat ghee and fry paratha from both sides with ghee and set aside.
Assembling:
Place paratha on butter paper,add cooked chicken,cheese sauce and onion,wrap in butter paper and serve.

Chicken dal ker mix karein aur 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker chicken gul janay tak paka lein.
For Cheese Sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein,att dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil kertay jayein aur mix kertay rahein.
Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Cheddar cheese aur cream cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Agar zaroorat ho tou doodh shamil karein aur garha hunay tak mix lein.
For Paratha Dough:
Bowl mein maida,atta,cheeni,namak aur oil dal ker mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein,dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dubara dough ghond lein.
Dough mein sa small dough nikal ker round shape ball bana lein,atta mein coat ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Oil laga ker atta chirak dein,dough ko beech mein sa cut ker lein aur ek edge ko roll kertay jayein,twist ker ka press ker lein.
Atta mein coat karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa per ghee dal ker garam karein aur parathay ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Butter paper mein paratha rakh ker cooked chicken,cream cheese aur pyaz dal ker butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein.
