Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
- Pakola Full Cream Milk warm 1/3 Cup
- Water warm 1/3 Cup
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
- Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
Prepare Chicken Filling:
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped 3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Pakola Full Cream Milk warm 1/3 Cup
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- All spices ½ tsp
- Boneless chicken 400g (boiled with soy sauce & vinegar then shredded)
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup
- Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 1-2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
In a bowl,add milk,water,caster sugar,instant yeast & whisk well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add egg,all-purpose flour,salt & whisk well for 4-5 minutes.
Add all-purpose flour & knead until soft dough is formed.
Add olive oil and knead until dough is smooth.
Transfer dough on clean working surface,add olive oil,stretch & knead dough well for 5-6 minutes.
Grease with olive oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a wok,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add green onion white part & mix well.
Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add milk & whisk continuously.
Add chicken stock cube,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli powder and all spices,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens (1-2 minutes).
Add boiled & shredded chicken & mix well.
Add green onion leaves,fresh parsley and mix well.
Let it cool.
Knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle dry flour & divide in 8 portions (each dough ball is 75g).
Take one portion and sprinkle dry flour,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Add & spread tomato ketchup,add prepared chicken filling,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.
Now turn the sides and roll up,pinch & seal the ends (makes 8).
In a small bowl,add melted butter,dried parlsey,garlic powder and mix well.Herbed butter is ready!
Grease 7.5 x 11” baking pan with prepared herbed butter,place dinner rolls and cover & let it proof for 20-25 minutes.
Apply egg wash with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes.
Take out from oven & apply herbed butter on top,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with tea & tomato ketchup!

Anda,maida aur namak dal dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Maida dal dein aur ghond ker soft dough tayyar ker lein.
Olive oil dal ker dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
Dough ko clean working surface per dal dein,olive oil dal ker 5-6 minutes kliya dough ko stretch & ache tarhan ghond lein.
Olive oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
Karahi mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Hara pyaz safed hissa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Doodh shamil karein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
Chicken stock cube,kali mirch crushed,namak,lal mirch powder aur all spices dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
Boiled & shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thanda ker lein.
Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur 8 portions mein divide ker lein (each dough ball is 75g).
Ek portion mein aur maida chirak dein,ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tomato ketchup dal ker pheela lein,tayyat chicken filling,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
Ab sides ko turn ker ka roll up ker lein aur ends ko pinch ker ka seal ker lein (makes 8).
Chotay bowl mein melted makhan,dried parsley aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Herbed butter tayyar hai!
7.5 X 11” baking pan ko tayyar herbed butter sa grease ker lein,dinner rolls rakh dein aur dhak ker 20-25 minutes kliya proof ker lein.
Brush ki madad sa anda laga lein aur safed til chirak dein.
Preheated oven mein 170C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Oven sa nikal lein aur herbed butter laga lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
