Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
- Black olives sliced 2-3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
- Bread slices fresh 20-22
- Cheese slice as required
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste,tikka masala,lemon juice,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes or until it dries up.
Add onion,capsicum,carrot,black olives,fresh coriander,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder, cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside.
Cut corners of bread slices and roll of with the help of rolling pin.
Brush water,place cheese slice,add prepared chicken filling (1 tbs),fold to make a triangle shape,press and seal the edges properly (makes 20-22).
Now dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
Can be stored in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.

Karhai mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Adrak lehsan paste,tikka masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 8-10 minutes ya sukh janay tak paka lein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch,gajar,black olives,hara dhania,kali mirch powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein,mayonnaise aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bread slices ka corners cut ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Pani laga lein,cheese slice aur tayyar chicken filling (1 tbs) rakh dein aur fold ker ka triangle shape bana lein aur edges ko press ker ka properly seal ker lein (makes 20-22).
Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
2-3 weeks tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
