Ingredients:
- Oil 3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium
- Oil ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 2 Cups
- Lobia (Black eyed beans) 1 & ½ Cups (boiled with salt)
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2
- Qasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Beet Root Pickle
- Sarson ka tail (Mustard oil) 3 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) ½ tsp
- Kalonji (Nigella seeds) ½ tsp
- Raidana (Mustard seeds) ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) julienne 3 cloves
- Chukandar (Beet root) cubes 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2-3 tbs or to taste
Directions:
In pot,add oil,onion and fry until golden brown.
Add tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Take out in a bowl,blend well & set aside.
In pot,add oil,ginger garlic paste and mix.
Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
Add turmeric powder,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,salt and red chili powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add blended onion & tomatoes and mix well.
Add green chilies and mix,add stock and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add black eyed beans and mix well.
Add green chilies,dried fenugreek leaves and garam masala powder,cover and put it on simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice.
Beet Root Pickle
In frying pan,add mustard oil,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,nigella seeds,mustard seeds,coriander seeds and fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic and mix.
Add beet root and mix well for 3 minutes.
Add green chilies,salt,turmeric powder and mix well for 3 minutes.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Let it cool and store in a dry & clean jar.

Directions:
Pot mein oil aur pyaz dal ker golden brown fry ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naam hunay tak paka lein.
Bowl mein nikal lein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein oil aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker mix karein.
Chicken dal dein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.
Haldee powder,zeera,garam masala powder,namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Blended pyaz & tamatar paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch dal ker mix karein,yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak ker 3-4 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein.
Lobia dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch,qasuri meethi aur garam masala powder dal ker dhak dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya dum per rakkh dein.
Chawal ka saath serve karein.
Beet Root Pickle
Frying pan mein sarson ka tail,zeera,saunf,kalonji,raidana aur dhania dal ker 1 minute kliya fry ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker mix ker lein.
Chukandar dal ker 3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch,namak aur haldee powder dal ker 3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Sirka dal ke mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein aur dry & clean jar mein store ker lein.
