Ingredients:
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/4 Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ kg
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
- Sugar powdered ½ tbs
- Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water lukewarm 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
Directions:
In bowl,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,fresh coriander,garlic,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and mix well.
Add yogurt,cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
Cover & let it proof for 45 minutes (room temperature).
Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough into four equal parts,take one part and make a ball.
Add cooking oil and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Add prepared cheese filling (2-3 tbs) and fold all edges to seal the filling then prick with skewer and roll out gently with the help of rolling pin and apply water on naan (makes 4).
Heat griddle or iron pan,place naan (wet side down) and cook on low flame until it starts to bubble and bottom has browned then flip griddle and cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred.
In frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Apply garlic butter on the surface of the naan & serve!

Directions:
Bowl mein cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,hara dhania aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,namak,cheeni,baking powder aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dahi aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dhak ker 45 minutes tak proof hunay kliya rakh dein (room temperature).
Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Dough ko char hisson mein divide ker ker lein aur ek part la ker ball bana lein.
Cooking oil dal ker dough rakh dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tayyar cheese filling (2-3 tbs) dal ker edges ko fold ker ka seal ker lein phir skewer sa prick ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently bail lein aur naan ka upper pani laga lein (makes 4).
Tawa ya iron pan garam karein aur naan (wet side down) ko halki ancch per paka lein yahan tak ka bubbles ajayein aur bottom sa brown ho jayein phir tawa ko flip karein aur dosri side ko directly chulay per brown or charred hunay tak paka lein.
Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Lehsan dal ker 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garlic butter ko naan ka upper laga ker serve karein!
