Ingredients:
Prepare Filling:
-Hot water 1 Cup
-Chicken stock cube ½
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Chicken boiled & shredded 250g
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Maiad (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Bread slices as required
-Flour slurry (mix 1 tbs of All-purpose flour in 2 tbs of water)
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped ½ tbs
Directions:
Prepare Filling:
-In a jug,add hot water,chicken stock cube,mix well until it dissolves & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken,corn kernels,carrot & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add garlic paste & mix well.
-Add salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,soy sauce,hot sauce & mix well.
-Move all the mixture on the sides of wok & make space in the center.
-In the center,add cooking oil,all-purpose flour & sauté for a minute then mix everything altogether.
-Add prepared chicken stock,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tomato ketchup,spring onion leaves,mix well & set aside.
-Trim bread edges & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add prepared filling on one side of bread & apply flour slurry on the other side of bread slice then roll up.
-On a grill pan,add & spread cooking oil & grill bread rolls on medium flame from all sides.
-In butter,add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Apply melted herb butter on bread rolls & serve (makes 20-22)!

-Lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Namak,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,soy sauce & hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Saray mixture ko karahi ki sides per ker dein aur bech mein space bana lein.
-Cooking oil aur maida dal dein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein phir sari cheezein ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tomato ketchup aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread ki edges ko trim ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Bread ki ek side per tayyar filling dal dein aur dosri side per flour slurry laga ker roll up ker lein.
-Grill pan mein cooking oil dal ker pheela lein aur bread rolls ko darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa grill ker lein.
-Makhan mein fresh parsley dal ker mix karein.
-Melted herb butter ko bread rolls per laga ker serve karein (makes 20-22)!
