Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5 medium
- Dried basil 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Water 1 & ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped ½ kg
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Italian seasoning 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
- Penne pasta 350g (boiled until half done)
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated ad required
- Dried parsley
Directions:
In a saucepan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes,dried basil,sugar & mix well.
Add water & bring it to boil.
Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of blender & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
Add beef mince,mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add black pepper crushed,salt,Italian seasoning,soy sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add peas and mix well.
Add prepared curry & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add penne pasta & mix well.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
On baking casserole,add beef & pasta mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried parsley.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Serve with 7up.

Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Kali mirch crushed,namak,Italian seasoning aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya pake lein.
Matar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tayyar curry dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Penne pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baking casserole mein beef & pasta mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried parsley dal dein.
