Ingredients:
Prepare Beef Stuffing:
- Beef boneless strips ½ kg (washed & pat dry)
- Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Prepare Dough:
- Instant yeast 1 tsp
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ¾ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Doodh (Milk) lukewarm ¾ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup or as required
- Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup or as required
- Jalapenos slices 6-7 or as required
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1+Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Kalay til (Black sesame seeds) to sprinkle
Directions:
Prepare Beef Stuffing:
In bowl,add beef,meat tenderizer and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,green chili,salt,paprika powder and black pepper powder,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
Add marinated beef and mix well until changes color.
Add capsicum,onion,mix well and cook until meat is tender (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add milk,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes & let it cool down.
Prepare Dough:
In small jug,add instant yeast,water,sugar and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,butter,egg,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add milk and knead until dough is formed.
Grease hands with butter,take a dough and make a large ball and grease it with melted butter.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.
On baking try,sprinkle all-purpose flour & set aside
Take a dough,grease hand with butter and knead dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough into two equal pasts.
Take a dough,make a ball and sprinkle all-purpose flour and roll out dough with help of rolling pin.
Add cooked beef stuffing in the centre,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese and jalapenos.
Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately.
Keep going, remember to alternate, Left to right...right to left (makes 2).
On baking tray and place the braided bread and let it rest for 15 minutes.
With the help of the brush,apply egg+milk on braided bread and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.

Adrak lehsan paste,soy sauce,hari mirch,namak,paprika powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Marinated beef dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghost gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
Chotay jug mein khameer,pani aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,namak,makhan aur dissolve khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Haathon ko makhan sa grease karein aur dough la ker large ball bana lein aur melted makhan sa grease ker lein.
Dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Baking tray per maida chirak dein & side per rakh dein.
Haathon ko makhan sa grease ker ka dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Dough ko lein aur ball bana ker maida chirak lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Cooked beef stuffing mixture ko bech mein rakh ker mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese aur jalapenos rakh dein.
Ab bread ki dono sides per knife ki madad sa slits/cuts laga lein.
Braid ki tarhan overlap kertay hoye bread ka cuts ko alternately bundd kertay jayein (makes 2).
Baking tray per braided bread ko rakh dein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
Brush ki madad sa anda+doodh ko braided bread per laga lein aur kalay til chirak lein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
