Ingredients:
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 100g
-Olper’s Milk 1/3 Cup
-Olper’s Cream ¼ Cup
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) to taste
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-Makhan (Butter) soft 80g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Italian seasoning ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
Prepare Dough:
-Lukewarm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup or as required
Directions:
Prepare Cheese Sauce:
-In a bowl,cheddar cheese,milk,cream,hot sauce,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,salt & microwave for a minute then whisk well until sauce is smooth & let it cool.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-In a bowl add butter,garlic,red chilli cushed,salt,Italian seasoning,fresh coriander,lemon juice,mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Dough:
-In a small jug,add lukewarm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add half quantity of all-purpose flour,salt,yeast mixture,cooking oil & mix well for 3-4 minutes with the help of wooden spoon.
-Add remaining flour,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Knead dough until smooth,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into rectangle shape.
-Transfer the dough into a 13x8 inches baking tray & spread dough evenly with hands & prick with fork.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes (on lower grill).
-Let it cool.
-Trim the sides & cut the dough from the center.
-Add & spread prepared garlic butter,prepared cheese sauce,mozzarella cheese & place another side of bread on it.
-Spread prepared garlic butter on a baking tray & place stuffed garlic bread on it.
-Spread prepared garlic butter on top then cut into sticks.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 8-10 minutes (on both grills).
-Serve with cheese sauce (makes 12)!

-Bowl mein cheddar cheese,doodh,cream,hot sauce,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur namak dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk karein aur thanda ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 week kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-Bowl mein makhan,lehsan,lal mirch crushed,namak,Italian seasoning,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein maida ki half quantity,namak,khameer mixture aur cooking oil dal dein aur 3-4 minutes wooden spoon ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Remaining maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1 hour proof hunay kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur do hisson mein divide ker ka ball bana lein (300g each).
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein,ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rectangle shape mein bail lein.
-Dough ko 13x8 inches baking tray per dal ker haathon ki madad sa pheela lein aur fork sa prick karein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Sides ko trim karein aur dough ko center mein sa cut ker lein.
-Tayyar garlic butter aur cheese sauce dal ker pheela lein,mozzarella cheese dal ker upper sa ek aur bread ki side rakh dein.
-Tayyar garlic butter ko baking tray per laga lein aur stuffed garlic bread rakh dein.
-Tayyar garlic butter laga ker sticks mein cut ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills)
