Wash & pat dry chicken fillets & set aside.
In bowl,add salt,black pepper powder,dried parsley,garlic paste,olive oil and mix well.

Add mustard paste,black pepper powder,salt and cream.
Gradually add milk and mix well continuously.
Add cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.
Add fresh parsley and give it a good mix.
Place fried chicken fillets,sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!
