Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Mini Box Patties:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 Cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2-3 tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Samosa sheet/Manda patti as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Paneer Samosa:
- Paneer (Cottage cheese) 350g
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken powder ½ tbs (optional)
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Samosa sheet/Manda patti as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Mini Box Patties:
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add chicken and mix well until it changes colour.
Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and mix well for a minute.
Add capsicum,lemon juice,black pepper crushed,salt,garam masala powder,white pepper powder, cumin powder,mix well and cook on high flame until dries up (2-3 minutes).
Let it cool.
In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,gradually water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
Take samosa sheet/manda patti and cut into four equal parts/strips,place one samosa patti/strip horizontally,apply all-purpose flour skurry,place second samosa patti vertically over first one,it will make plus (+) sign.
Add chicken filling (1 tbs) in the centre and fold the top side so that it covers the filling.
Apply all-purpose flour slurry and fold all sides to make a square box.
Make sure that all sides are properly sealed and prepare the remaining mini box patties similarly (makes 20-25).
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
Deep Fry:
In wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.
Bake:
Brush box patties with oil & bake in preheated oven at 200C 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
Brush box patties with oil & air fry in preheated air at 200C fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Prepare Paneer Samosa:
Chop coarsely cottage cheese & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger and mix well.
Add capsicum,cottage cheese and mix well.
Add green chilli,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Let it cool.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Take samosa sheet/manda patti and make pocket,add paneer filling in the center (1 tbs) and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour slurry.
Similarly make other samosas (makes 20-25).
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
Deep Fry:
In wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.
Bake:
Brush paneer samosa with oil & bake in preheated oven at 200C 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
Brush paneer samosa with oil & air fry in preheated air at 200C fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 5 minutes).

Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shimla mirch,lemon juice,kali mirch crushed,namak,garam masala powder,safed mirch powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka ein (2-3 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Chotay bowl mein maida aur thora thora ker ka pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
Samosa sheet/manda patti ko four equal parts/strips mein cut ker lein,ek samosa patti ko horizontal rakh dein,maida ki slurry laga phir us ka upper dosri samosa patti vertical rakh dein,plus (+) ka sign bun jaye.
Chicken filling (1 tbs) ko bech mein rakh dein aur upper wali side ko filling ka upper fold ker lein.
Maida ki slurry laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur square box bana lein.
Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka tamam sides ache tarhan seal ho gaye hun aur baqi mini box patties bhi is he tarhan tayyar ker lein (makes 20-25).
1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.

Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak deep fry ker lein.
Bake:
Box patties ko oil laga lein aur preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 15 minutes).

Box patties ko oil laga lein aur preheated air fry mein 200C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 15 minutes).

Thanda ker lein.
Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Samosa sheet/manda patti la ker pocket bana lein aur paneer filling (1 tbs) ko center mein bhar dein aur samosa ki shape bana lein aur corners ko maida ki slurry sa seal ker lein.
Is he tarhan baqi samosa bhi bana lein (makes 20-25).
