Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Adrak Lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
- Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
- Baisan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
- Charcoal for smoke
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
- Pyaz (Onion) rings
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) rings
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,raw papaya paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,gram flour,fried onion,ghee, mint leaves,fresh coriander and mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes in refrigerator.
In a chopper,add marinated chicken & chop well.
Take out in a bowl & give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese & mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (40g) & make a ball,insert wooden skewer & make shape of gola kabab (makes 19-20).
In frying pan,heat heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame from all sides until golden brown.
How to Store:
In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from all sides until color changes (3 minutes).
Let it cool & can be stored in an airtight container for up to one month in freezer.
Assembling:
Heat sizzling plate,add onion rings,capsicum rings,fried gola kababs with oil,cheddar cheese,sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

Chopper mein marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Bowl mein nikal lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya koyal ka dhuwan dein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (40g) la ker ball bana lein aur wooden skewer insert ker ka gola kabab ki shap bana lein (makes 19-20).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.

Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per tamam sides sa color change hunay tak fry ker lein (3 minutes).
Thanda ker lein aur air tight container mein dal ker ek month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
