Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
- Jalapenos chopped 1/4 Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Mon salwa plain paratha
- Mon salwa Finger Fish 400g
- Cooking oil for frying
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,capsicum,onion,jalapenos and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,garlic powder,salt,paprika powder & stir fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Heat griddle,place paratha and cook from both sides until done & set aside.
In a wok,heat cooking oil,fry finger fish on medium flame until golden brown (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Cut finger fish into 1 inch pieces & set aside.
Assembling 1:
On griddle add & spread mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,cooked paratha,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cooked vegetable,fried fish pieces,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & red chilli crushed.
Turn on the flame,place another cooked paratha over it and cook for 1 minute.
Lift up paratha,on griddle add & spread mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese and place stuffed paratha on it and cook until cheese crust is formed.
Assembling 2:
On one side of griddle,add & spread cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and place cooked paratha over it.
On one side of paratha,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cooked vegetable,fried fish pieces, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
Turn on the flame,add red chilli crushed and flip another side of paratha over it and cook for 1 minute.
On the empty side of griddle add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & turn stuffed paratha over it and cook another side until golden brown.
Cut into pieces & serve!

Karhai mein cooking oil,shimla mirch,pyaz aur jalapenos dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kali mirch crushed,zeera,lehsan powder,namak aur paprika powder dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur finger fish ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Finger fish ko 1 inch pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling 1:
Tawa per mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker pheela dein,cooked paratha rakh ker upper sa cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cooked vegetables,fried fish pieces,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Chulha on karein aur dosra paratha rakh ker ek minute kliya paka lein.
Stuffed paratha ko utha lein aur tawa per mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker pheela lein aur stuffed paratha rakh per dosri side ko golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
Assembling 2:
Tawa ki ek side per cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur cooked paratha rakh dein.
Paratha ki ek side per cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cooked vegetables,fried fish pieces,mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal dein.
Chulha on karein,lal mirch crushed dal ker paratha ki ek side ko dosri side per flip ker lein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Tawa ki khali side per cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker stuffed paratha ko rakh dein aur golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
