Ingredients:
Prepare Candi Crust:
- Candi original caramelized biscuits 2 family packs (approx. 40 biscuits)
- Makhan (Butter) melted 60g
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
- Milk chocolate 100g
- Cream 50g
Prepare Cheesecake Layer:
- Whipping cream 200ml
- Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 200g
- Cream cheese 200g
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Chocolate melted ½ Cup
- Water 3 tbs
- Gelatin powder 1 tbs
- Candi original caramelized biscuits
Directions:
Prepare Candi Crust:
In a processor,add candi biscuits & crush biscuits in processor.
Add melted butter and process until well combined.
In 8 x 8 inch square baking pan lined with butter paper,add crumbled mixture & press firmly to set an even layer and refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
In a bowl,add milk chocolate,cream and microwave for 30-40 seconds then mix well until smooth then transfer to a squeeze bottle & set aside.
Prepare Cheesecake Layer:
In a bowl,add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form & set aside.
In a bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar,yogurt,cream cheese,vanilla essence and whisk until combined.
Transfer the bowl to a double boiler and cook for 8-10 minutes (Whisk gentle to maintain even temperature).
In a small bowl,add water,gelatin powder and mix well.
Now add dissolved gelatin in a bowl,mix well then remove from heat.
Add melted chocolate & whisk until well combined.
Let it cool completely.
Add whipped cream and fold until well combined with the help of spatula.
Pour the mixture over the candi crust,tap few times & freeze for 4-6 hours in freezer.
Take out cheesecake from the pan and cut into bars.
Drizzle chocolate ganache,garnish with candi biscuits & serve!

Melted makhan dal dein aur ache tarhan combine hunay tak ache tarha process ker lein.
8 x 8 inch square baking pan mein butter paper laga lein,crumble mixture dal dein aur pan ki base mein firmly set ker ka layer bana lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
Bowl mein milk chocolate aur cream dal ker 30-40 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein dal ker side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cheesecake Layer:
Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday ki zardi,bareek cheeni,dahi,cream cheese aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Double boiler per rakh dein aur 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein minutes (Whisk gentle to maintain even temperature).
Chotay bowl mein pani aur gelatin powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab dissolved gelatin ko bowl mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulhay sa hata lein.
Melted chocolate dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Whipped cream dal ker spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan fold ker lein.
Mixture ko candi crust ka upper dal ker few times tap karein aur 4-6 hours kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
Cheesecake ko pan mein sa nikal lein aur bars mein cut ker lein.
Chocolate ganache drizzle karei aur candi biscuits sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
