Ingredients:
-Boneless fish (Mushka) 750g
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Besan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Coconut powder 1 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp
-Imli ka pani (Tamarind water) 4-5 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Spicy Imli Chutni:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Imli ka pani (Tamarind water) ¼ Cup
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Water 3 tbs or as required
Directions:
-In a dish,add fish,salt,garlic,apply evenly on all sides and let it rest for 15 minutes then wash thoroughly with water & set aside.
-In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,salt,cumin powder,turmeric powder,coconut powder, paprika powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,carom seeds & mix well.
-Add tamarind water,ginger garlic paste & whisk well to form a thick paste. Fish Fry marinade is ready!
-Pat dry all fish pieces with the help of kitchen tissue paper.
-Add prepared marinade on fish pieces,apply evenly on all fish pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated fish on medium flame until golden brown from both sides.
Prepare Spicy Imli Chutni:
-In a blender jug,add green chillies,garlic,fresh coriander,mint leaves,salt,cumin powder,tamarind water,tomato ketchup & blend well.
-If required,add water and blend well.
-Serve Chatpati fish fry with prepared chutney & French fries!

Tarkeeb:
-Dish mein machli,namak aur lehsan dal ker evenly rub ker lein aur 15 minutes k liye rest dein phir pani sa ache tarha dho lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein besan,lal mirch powder,namak,zeera powder,haldi powder,coconut powder,paprika powder,dhania powder,chaat masala aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Imli ka pani aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. Fish Fry marinade tayar hai.
-Fish pieces ko kitchen tissue paper ki madad se pat dry ker lein.
-Tayyar marinade ko fish pieces per dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated fish ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak dono sides sa fry ker lein.
Prepare Spicy Imli Chutni:
-Blender jug mein hari micrhein,lehsan,hara dhania,podina,namak,zeera powder,imli ka pani aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Agar zarorat ho tou pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Chatpati fish fry ko tayyar chutney aur French fries k saath serve karein!
