Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1 kg
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
- Prepare Masala Imli Chutney:
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 4-5 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
- Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Directions:
In a bowl,add mutton chops,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 4-6 hours in refrigerator.
Thread marinated chops in skewers.
Put skewers on (burning charcoal) bbq grill and grill/pan from all sides until done & brush oil in between.
Prepare Masala Imli Chutney:
In a bowl,add tamarind pulp,onion,red chilli crushed,black salt,cumin seeds,salt & whisk well.
Serve chops with chutney!

Bowl mein mutton chops,namak,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,adrak lehsan paste aur kacha papita paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4-6 hours klliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Marinated chops ko skewers per laga lein.
Skewers ko (jaltay hoye koyla) bbq grill per tamam sides sa grill ker lein aur bech bech mein oil laga lein.
Prepare Masala Imli Chutney:
Bowl mein imli pulp,pyaz,lal mirch crushed,kala namak,zeera aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chops ko chutney ka saath serve karein!
