Ingredients:
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups (250g)
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
- Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp
- Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 & ½ Cup
- Cornflour ½ cup
- Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs
- Water 3-4 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Til & Tamatar ki Chutney (Sesame Seed & Tomato Sauce):
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
- Sabut lal mirch (Button Red chillies) 8-9
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chaat masala ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Water 3-4 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add cabbage,onion,fresh coriander,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,salt,red chilli powder,chaat masala,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,carom seeds,orange food color & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add gram flour,cornflour,rice flour & mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a wok,heat cooking oi & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Til & Tamatar ki Chutney (Sesame Seed & Tomato Sauce):
In a blender jug,add sesame seeds,tomatoes,button red chillies,fresh coriander,salt,chaat masala, lemon juice,cooking oil & blend well.
Add water & blend well.
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve cabbage pakora with prepared til & tamatar ki chutney.

Bowl mein band gobhi,pyaz,hara dhania,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch,namak,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,haldi powder,sabut dhania,ajwain aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
Baisan,cornflour aur chawal ka atta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Til & Tamatar ki Chutney (Sesame Seed & Tomato Sauce):
Blender jug mein safed til,tamatar,sabut lal mirch,hara dhania,namak,chaat masala,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Pani dal ker dubara blend ker dein.
Chaat masala sprinkle karein aur cabbage pakoray ko tayyar til & tamatar ki chutney ka saath serve karein.
