Ingredients:
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 3 Cups
- Kary (Raw mango) grated 1 Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2-3
- Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Baisan (Gram flour) 2 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
- Kari pata (Curry leaves) 15-20
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In bowl,add cabbage,raw mango,green chillies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,gram flour,mix well & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,garlic,button red chillies and mix.
Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
Now add cabbage mixture and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Bowl mein bund gobhi,kary,hari mirch,pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder,namak aur baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur sabut lal mirch dal ker mix karein.
Zeera aur kari pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab bund gobhi mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
