Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Chicken fillets 2 (approx. 350g)
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Nurpur Butter salted 20g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ¼ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tsp
Prepare Butter Noodles:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Nurpur Butter salted 60g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Spaghetti 200g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) fried
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
-Pound chicken fillet from one side with the help of meat mallet.
-In a bowl,add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,pink salt,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken fillet,coat well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add marinated fillets & sprinkle all-purpose flour on both sides.
-Add chicken stock,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on medium flame from both sides until it dries up.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander then cut into slices & set aside.
Prepare Butter Noodles:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried parsley,pink salt,dried oregano,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghetti,fresh coriander & toss well.
-Sprinkle fried garlic,fresh coriander & serve!

-Bowl mein lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,pink salt aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillet dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Marinated fillets dal ker dono sides per maida chirak dein.
-Chicken yakhni dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal dein aur slices mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
Prepare Butter Noodles:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Chicken yakhni,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried parsley,pink salt aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Boiled spaghetti aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein.
-Fried lehsan aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
