Ingredients:
Prepare Popcorn Chicken:
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
- Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Boneless chicken small cubes ½ kg
- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
- Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Butter Curry Sauce:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 2-3
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 7-8
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 3 medium
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sugar 1 tbs
- Tomato paste 1 tbs (optional)
- Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs
- Cream 1 & ½ tbs
- Cream
Directions:
Prepare Popcorn Chicken:
In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice,mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt,paprika powder & mix well.
Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl,add eggs,salt & whisk well.
In a separate bowl,all-purpose flour.
Now coat marinated chicken in all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs then again coat in all-purpose flour (Reserve remaining marinade for later use).
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Butter Curry Sauce:
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,dried red chillies,onion & fry until light golden.
Add cashew nuts & mix well.
Add tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Add salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder,sugar,tomato paste & mix well.
Now add reserved marinade & mix well.
Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of hand blender then strain with the help of strainer.
Again, pour the mixture in the same frying pan & turn on the flame.
Add butter,mix well & cook for a minute.
Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
Turn on the flame & cook for a minute.Butter curry sauce is ready!
Reserve half quantity in a separate bowl.
Let it cool & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Assembling/Serving:
Option # 1:
In remaining sauce,add half quantity of fried popcorn chicken and coat well on high flame.
Reserve half quantity of popcorn chicken for separate assembling.
Drizzle cream on coated butter chicken popcorns & serve with pasta or rice.
Option # 2:
On serving dish,add fried popcorn chicken and drizzle prepared butter curry sauce & serve!

Adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,namak aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Alag bowl mein maida dal dein.
Ab marinated chicken ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka dubara maida mein coat ker lein (Reserve remaining marinade for later use).
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Butter Curry Sauce:
Frying pan mein cooking oil,sukhi lal mirch aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Namak,zeera powder,lal mirch powder,cheeni aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab reserved marinade dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.
Mixture ko dubara us he frying pan mein dal dein aur chulha on ker lein.
Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chulha on ker dein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.Butter curry sauce tayyar hai.
Alag bowl mein half quantity ko nikal ker reserved ker lein.
Thanda ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein dal dein.
Assembling/Serving:
Option # 1:
Remaining sauce mein fried popcorn chicken ki half quantity dal dein aur tez ancch per ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Popcorn chicken ko half quantity ko alag assembling kliya reserve ker lein.
Coated butter chicken popcorns per cream drizzle ker lein,pasta or rice ka saath serve karein!

Serving dish mein fried popcorn chicken dal dein aur tayyar butter curry sauce drizzle ker ka serve karein!
